This home is located on Lake Kawaguesaga in a quiet bay with southwest exposure for picturesque sunsets.   Lake Kawaguesaga is on the Minocqua Chain of Lakes offering the finest in sightseeing, boating, skiing, swimming, fishing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, or just relaxing.

A large master bedroom with two banks of lake side windows with a queen bed and a twin XL window seat/day bed with a full bath with glass shower/soaking tub along with a combo TV/DVD for a third TV/movie room. A second bdr with a queen bed the third bdr on the upper level has a queen bed and a single sleeper chair lounger. On the lower level that walks out to lake level has another room with a set of single bunks and a single sleeper chair lounger. In the detached game room there is a tv room and also a bunk room with a set up single bunks and a single sleeper chair lounger.    For your comfort, the house and the Rec room have air conditioning (if needed) and we supply all the linens.   The Rec room has a pool table with a ping pong over lay table along with another separate ping pong table.   An out door shuffle board court along with other outdoor toss games gives everyone a nice break from the sun and water activities.

The entire upstairs family area has floor to ceiling lake front windows giving you a great view of the lake to include a stone fireplace along with an open kitchen that is fully equipped for your group. Smart TV for streaming channels along DVD and internet cable TV along with wireless internet are provided for your viewing enjoyment. The downstairs family room has the same entertainment set up with smart TV/DVD, cable along with a wet bar, a full sectioned bathroom for multiple use, and a walk out to the lower level sitting area, fire ring, pier and out door wet sauna. A laundry room, washer and dryer and iron is provided for your family and guests.

A beautiful extra large deck overlooking the lake with glass see through railings is a must for the beautiful sunsets is where you will find your family spending most of their days and evenings.   A permanent pier, two boat slips, swimming raft, as well as a 16' aluminum boat and a two man kayak with cushions and life jackets are provided.   There is a great swimming area for kids and adults with a shallow sandy lake bottom off the shore line along with a ladder right up to the dock and of course the swim raft.  A large outdoor gas grill for your barbecuing specialties and a newly remodeled encircled fire pit right with a cooking grate on the shore is set up for evening fires.   There is also a wet sauna right outside the lake level entrance for your enjoyment and for those, "hot sauna to cold lake dips."   Two sand volley ball courts for your use at the new Minocqua Park just down our road on Camp Pinemere Rd along with a large pavilion and the Farmers market and gifts every week.   You can bike to the park or to downtown Minocqua. Head down Hower road to a trail along 70 west to old 70 then down Dr, Pink Rd. that will take you to the famous BearSkin Trail and into Minocqua or continue on the trail for miles for you bikers and hikers. There is also a great historic trial off Camp Pinemere road down Sutton Rd that comes out on Blue Lake Rd south of town then back to the Bear Skin trail for a day ride.

The house is located four miles from downtown Minocqua off Hwy 70 West & Camp Pinemere Road in a very private setting. By car, you're right around the corner from the Little Brown Jug, Wildwood Wildlife Park, Minocqua Winter Park, the new Minocqua Sports Park, Minocqua Prime Supper Club and Norwood Pines Supper Club just to list a few. By boat, you are just a few minutes from downtown Minocqua with its many premier shops like Ross Sportswear, the classic on the water establishments such as The Boat House, The Thirsty Whale and The Yatch Club. Also the downtown joints, Murtaughs Pub, Ottos Beer Garden, Polecat and Lace and The Island Cafe and more great shops. Of course the Min-Aqua Bats Water Ski Show every Sun, Wed and Fri evenings. Lake Minocqua, Lake Tomahawk and Mid Lake are all tied together with Lake Kawaga for great fishing, skiing or just day cruising with many restaurants and pit stops right on the water to serve you.

Directions: Take Hwy 51 north out of Minocqua to Hwy 70 west, 2.5 miles then left onto Camp Pinemere Rd. Follow all the way back staying to the right right onto Bassett Rd. Almost to the end you will be able to see the red, flat roof Game room on the left with the fire number on the upper right hand corner, 8293 Bassett Rd.
